As part of EiG’s Italy in the spotlight workshop, a panel of experts will analyse the advantages of a .country model against a .com model and assess which is most likely to prevail.

The panel will look at the rationale behind .country licensing and how it impacts on the country’s operational model, at legal enforcement in .country jurisdictions and actions taken against non-licence holders, and at lessons learnt from Italy and other newly regulated jurisdictions.

Experts on the panel include Skysport365 Legal Director Francesco Baranca, PokerStars Italian Country Manager Barbara Beltrami and William Hill’s Head of Internationals Wilhelm Huber.
