All Transactions will be processed in EUROs.
Spanish VAT is charged at 16% on Registration fees.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Cancellations after September 21, 2007 are non-refundable; however, conference materials will be sent after the program's conclusion.  Any cancellations must be in writing; a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration amount previously paid. 

Substitutions are welcome for paid registrants at no additional charge with advance notice requested by September 21.


Travel Notes
Hotel Accommodations are NOT included in the Delegate Registration fee.  Upon confirmation of registration, delegates will receive hotel booking forms with which to secure preferred rates at nearby hotels.
